At The Sterling Voice, we take our Socrates (and other philosophers) semi-seriously. Recognizing that the unexamined life frequently passes its owner by, we are dedicated to taking time to reflect on life's many moments and the choices that led to them. Our authors have worked with people of all ages and walks, heard their struggles, and seen their awe-inspiring power to overcome.

We cannot see the world's ills without also acknowledging its beauty. These essays represent a small collection of perspectives gathered from years hiking, years working in the criminal justice system, and years figuring out exactly what it means to care for one's self and for others. The fight for peace starts with finding one's voice.
